  1. I was able to clean 45s on each side like nothing..next time im going to have to bump up the weight..same with the back squats i could probably double my weight..the mile though, was quite tough

  2. Todays workout was good. Similar to what was said above in regards to the squats, but I found the clean much harder than the beast cgonzales.

    I generally think the sessions are spot on, although I wouldn't mind doing some more SAQ work!

    I did 35's on the hang cleans and went up to 40 one each side for the last two, then on squats I stayed at 155lbs but also did a set with 175 and a set with 165.

    I like these workouts because I AM trying to build muscle so running too much I don't think will help me as much right now.

  4. Well i thought the girl in the video was nice, so thanks for that got my rocks off!
    The workout today was good my back hurts though cuz i think i did my push jerk wrong to much arc in my back...
    I would prefer starting workout at 9 then go to ten cuz im not gettin to my classes on time.
    I would like to gain weight the easy way so i need power juice haha cuz i dont like to eat!

  9. Workout was good really felt it on the squats doing the 10 sets low reps, did 205lbs on squats

    for hang power clean i did 50lbs on each side,

    about a 7 minute mile

  14. The mile run was a good workout. I think adding more weight to the exercises in the weight room will be very beneficial.

UIW Men's Soccer

Welcome to the UIW Men's Soccer Blog. Here you will be given workouts that are being done at the UIW Fieldhouse. You will have a general and specific set of exercise to warm up with before each WOD (workout of the day). These exercises are layed out below. These are aimed at preparing your body for the WOD and more are more exercises that are more specific to soccer. These workouts will be clear and must be done as required.
You MUST post the results of your WOD in the comment section for that day. If you do not, your workout will not count. Good luck!!!

Warm Up

Your warm up will be nearly same everyday. Keep an eye out for changes.Your choice of (Run 1mile, Bike 4 miles, Row 1500m)
3 Sets of:
30 Superman
20 Scorpion Kicks
20 Sit Ups
20 Lying Leg Kicks

3 sets of:
15 Push Ups
15 V Ups
